5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the subscription terms displayed at purchase. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled based on applicable store/provider rules and local law. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where required to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, or address abuse and security risks. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

Fast VPN and all related software, branding, and content are owned by Fast VPN or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We continuously improve reliability and performance, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Planned and emergency maintenance may affect access from time to time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, Fast VPN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fast VPN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fast VPN harmless from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
